The Cosmopolitan is located 2.5 miles from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport on the famous Las Vegas strip. All conference events will take place at this hotel.

Where to Stay

Accommodations at The Cosmopolitan for check-in on Monday, January 9* and check out on Thursday, January 12 are included as part of your registration package. You will reserve your hotel room as part of the event registration process.

*If you are attending the Pre Conference Workshops, please plan to arrive on Sunday, January 8. Accommodations for the night of January 8 are included in your Pre Conference Workshop package.

Please book flights into Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS).

Arrival Dates

Please plan to arrive on Monday, January 9* in time for the Welcome Reception starting at 6:00 p.m. Event registration will take place on Monday, January 9 from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

*If you are attending the Pre Conference Workshops, please plan to arrive on Sunday, January 8. Accommodations for the night of January 8 are included in your Pre Conference Workshop package.

Departure Dates

The event will conclude in the evening on Wednesday, January 11. Please plan to depart on Thursday, January 12.

Airport Transportation

Attendees will be responsible for their own airport transportation to and from the event. Taxis and app-based transportation such as Uber and Lyft are available at this airport.

Visa Information

Foreign travelers coming to the United States to conduct temporary business, for example, business meetings and consultations, attending conventions and conferences, or negotiating contracts, need visitor visas unless they qualify for entry under the Visa Waiver Program.

Under the Visa Waiver Program, Citizens or nationals of the following countries are currently eligible to travel to the United States unless citizens of one of these countries are also a national of Iraq, Iran, Syria or Sudan. In order to travel without a visa on the VWP, you must have authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to boarding a U.S. bound air or sea carrier.

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom (To be eligible to travel under the VWP, British citizens must have the unrestricted right of permanent abode in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man).

Citizens of Canada, Bermuda, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau do not require a Visa to enter the United States.

Guest Pass

Bring a guest to the following Accelerate 2017 events:

  • Welcome Reception – Monday, January 9
  • Tech Expo Happy Hour – Tuesday, January 10
  • Celebration & Closing Party – Wednesday, January 11

Guest passes are available for $450. Limit one per conference attendee.

The Guest Pass does not include access to the following Accelerate 2017 events:

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks
  • Keynote Sessions
  • Breakout Sessions
  • Technical Training Sessions
  • Tech Expo (excluding Happy Hour on Tuesday, January 10)
  • Pre Conference Workshops Sessions and Meals

Attendees may purchase one Guest Pass for a guest who is 21 years of age or older.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to November 1, 2016 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between November 1, 2016 and November 21, 2016 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for any cancellations received after November 21, 2016. Registrations are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time. All cancellations or substitutions must be sent directly to registration@garnishevent.com.
